Gephart Electric Awarded Peer House Project

Minneapolis, MN

Led by McGough Construction, this project consists of remodeling a three-level brick and dimensional lumber hotel/warehouse originally constructed in the early 1900’s in the Saint Anthony Falls Historic District in Minneapolis. This 18,000 SF job will consist of a complete exterior restoration/replacement as well as an interior build-out including a bar, restaurant and retail space. Everything is expected to be completed by the end of May 2011.
