Gephart Electric Wraps Up MN Sex Offenders Program Project

This Adolfson & Peterson project included 117,000 SF of new construction and 36,000 SF of renovation work at the MN Sex Offenders Program facility in Moose Lake, MN. Included in the expansion/renovation was a full-service kitchen, dining rooms for 180 patients, patient treatment rooms, laundry spaces, education spaces, religious spaces, canteen/mart, industry spaces, staff offices, general facility warehouse, security staff offices, shops & offices for maintenance personnel, office spaces for treatment staff, office space for administrative personnel, new staff training rooms, new staff locker rooms, an expanded patient visiting room, relocated and expanded patient intake area, relocated and expanded hearings and investigations area, and expanded medical services area. There was also a significant expansion of the perimeter security fence system.
