Gephart Awarded MN State Capitol Renovation Work Pack #1

Working with JE Dunn and HGA, Gephart is embarking on the first phase of this historic renovation of Miinnesota’s108-year-old State Capitol. Work Pack 1 involves demoing the terrace or basement level which houses the electrical vault, main IT rooms, Security Room, etc. All of our work will take place while the Capitol remains occupied and operational.
