Gephart Awarded Carleton College Science Building

Gephart has been selected by McGough Construction as the electrical contractor for the Carleton College Science Building & East Energy Station in Northfield, MN.  The project includes demolition of an existing building and construction of a new 108,194 SF science wing complete with labs, classrooms and shared services spaces.  In addition to the science building, existing adjacent buildings will be renovated and a new energy station will be constructed in the sub-basement of the science building.  Construction is expected to commence this summer and be complete by January 2021. This will be Gephart’s third college science building in the past five years and adds to the list of dozens of Higher Education projects we have completed over the last two decades.
