Gephart provided design-assist services for this expansion that featured a 20-story high-rise hotel tower and convention space. Nestled in the beautiful Smokey Mountains, the property has luxury amenities such as multiple restaurants, fitness center, and rooftop swimming pool.

Gephart provided early-participation design-assist electrical construction and low voltage systems for this fast-track project with a focus on safety, quality, and prefabrication.
Success
- Gephart’s bench strength was on display, powering through the pandemic and a very challenging labor market with our partner Cherokee Electric to ensure this tremendous project opened on-time.
- Developed numerous alternate solutions to reduce cost and overcome pandemic-related supply chain disruptions.
- Concurrently completed 5 renovation projects within the casino during this same period of time including the Wicked Weed Brewpub, Caesar’s Race & Sportbook, Myst Entertainment Bar, Connector Bridge, and Gordon Ramsey Food Market.
