Gephart Awarded CarVal Tennant Improvement Project

St. Louis Park, MN

As work continues on the 343,000 SF, 11-story 10 West Office Building project, Gephart was subsequently awarded the CarVal Tennant Improvement project.  CarVal will occupy the entire 10th floor of the building and we will continue to work alongside Ryan Companies.
