Gephart Electric Awarded Minneapolis Community Technical College Renovation

Minneapolis, MN

Working with Mortenson Construction, this 72,000 SF project involves upgrading multiple areas within the facility including the welding shop, at least two labs, several classrooms and common areas. There will also be upgrades to the infrastructure and generator. Everything is scheduled to be completed by September of 2013.
