Gephart Lands New Lifetime Athletic Facility

Edina, MN

Gephart has been awarded the new 169,940 SF facility in Edina, MN with resort-like sports, fitness, recreation and spa amenities – including a rooftop pool.  The project starts in June 2018 and will finish in May of 2019, and is managed by Lifetime’s own Construction Division.
